What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover the south East areas of London within the M25.

What are you rates?

Regular domestic cleaning services  – £12 per hour. (no cleaning supply or equipment included)

One off cleaning services – £15 per hour. (cleaning supply and equipment included)

What is the minimum amount of hours per visist?

2 hours

Do I need to supply cleaning products?

Buton Limited does not supply cleaning materials for the regular domestic cleaning services. You need to provide cleaning products and cleaning equipment on a regular basis. You cleaner will inform you if your supplies are running low.

We recommend to our client to use environmentally friendly products.

We are able to provide you with cleaning materials in case you have requested Spring clean; One-off cleaning or End of Tenancy cleaning for an additional charge.

What happens if something is broken or damaged at my home?

We will always treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.

What hours do your cleaners work?

Our regular domestic cleaners, spring cleaning and End of tenancy cleaning teams are available 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 6pm.

Am I going to have the same cleaner every time?

When we start your cleaning we will select the maid that we believe will be the best match for you and your home. They will then settle in nice and quickly and remain your regular cleaner from then on. If you do not feel that the maid we have sent you is working out well at your home then do call and let us know as we are happy to try other cleaners until we find the perfect match for you.

How do you vet your cleaners?

Buton Limited have proven system to vet the cleaners. We ask for:

  1. References
  2. Proof of address
  3. Identification
  4. Permission to work in UK
  5. Passed an interview
  6. Give training
Are you insured?

Yes, we are. Buton Limited has a Public Liability Cover for £ 1,000,000 and Employer’s Liability Insurance for £10,000,000

How do I pay for the cleaning service?

Most of the payments are made via  automated Direct Debit payments to the company’s account as a standard procedure. 

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.

How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage. 

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
